JOB DETAIL

World Wildlife Fund (WWF), one of the world’s leading conservation organizations, seeks a Business Solutions Analyst.

Responsibilities

 

  • Collaborate on the build-out of agreement processes and workflows, including the ability to allow external suppliers to set up their own SmartSimple records.
  • Contribute to training materials including but not limited to PowerPoint decks, exercise guides, quick reference guides, and system recordings of functionality. Communicate changes and provide training to impacted business users.
  • Document process flows and look for efficiencies and make recommendations related to the agreements and invoice processes.
  • Support data hygiene tasks such as duplicate record review and resolution
  • Support IT Training Specialist with organization of the knowledge management system and Workday Learning LMS to ensure users have appropriate access to process and training materials.
  • Participate in Panorama Governance structure by attending meetings, briefly presenting proposed business process changes or system enhancements, and then incorporating feedback from other Governance participants.
  • Work closely with end-users and Subject Matter Experts to research, analyze, and document existing business processes for both change management and end user training. Identify improvements and opportunities for efficiency where possible.
  • Assist with the administration, enrollment, and reporting for Workday Learning, as needed.
  • Communicate frequently, effectively, and professionally with internal and external customers and vendors.
  • Supports Director, Business Technology Solutions with special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business administration or IT related field desired. Relevant work experience may be substituted.
  • Knowledge of CRM, ERP, grants management systems, and non-profit organizations desired. Specific experience or strong interest in learning SmartSimple, Workday, and/or Blackbaud CRM preferred.
  • Strong understanding of WWF’s business processes. Ability to quickly understand how different teams work and translate it to both high-level and granular business processes.
  • Strategic approach to problem-solving and collaboration.
  • Experience with diagraming tools a plus.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex business processes and transition to documentation for various audiences – both end-user and technical.
  • Ability to work independently.
