The Multifunctional Landscapes team is looking to hire Agronomy/Soil Health intern. The intern will work with the team mainly in the Excellence in Agronomy initiative (EiA).
Support extraction of data from published literature materials for soil health studies using infrared spectroscopy methods.
Help organize extracted data by instrument type, soil property, number of samples used, modeling method, geographical location.
Support any other activity related to the projects as required.
Requirements
Msc degree in Agricultural Sciences, Applied Statistics, Environmental Science, or related fields
Knowledge of agriculture, statistical programming, and related environmental issues
Experience with basic data analysis (e.g., with R or Python)
Experience with basic soil analytical methods.
Ability to work independently and within a team setting
