VOTRE POSTE ET VOS RESPONSABILITÉS
The main objective of this post is to secure the implementation of the supply management procedures following ACF KitlogV3.6 procedures and guarantee good respect for ACF charter rules and regulations.
The position will be responsible for all the procurement compliance Matrix across the mission related to Donor’s regulations as well as to ACF regulations
Will Support the head of the department in the project proposal as well will be working with all program managers and HOD(s) in order to draft the Project procurement plan. As well to consolidate the Procurement Plans into supply plans in order to initiate the most compliant procurement procedure in order to get the best value for money ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
– Ensure the smooth running of the supply chain (order, purchase, storage and deliveries);
– Supervise the Procurement Process;
– Supervise the Storage Management and Inventories Control
– International Supply Management
– Supervise the Supply Logistics Team, Learning and Development
– Ensure a smooth management of the LINK software on the mission:
– Ensure the compliance of the partners procurements with ACF and donors standards
– Support the Logistics Head of department
– Archiving
– Compliance, Control and Ethics
VOTRE PROFIL
– Minimum 5 years professional experience in logistics, mainly procurement in humanitarian sector. ACF experience is strongly appreciated.
– Broad knowledge and experience in Supply Chain strategies, market analysis techniques, procurement and contracting, vehicle and fleet management, inventory, property, and asset management.
– Demonstrated success as a Supply Chain leader across all disciplines including planning, coordinating, procurement and logistics.
– Demonstrable knowledge and experience in procurement of works and rehabilitation, medical logistics, and the procurement, storage, transport, and distribution of pharmaceuticals.
– Good analytical skills with the ability to make independent judgments and decisions.
– Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
– Strong service-mindset orientation with problem solver and knows how to navigate in large matrix organizations.
VOS CONDITIONS D’EMPLOI
– Fixed term contract under French legislation: 6 months
– Monthly gross salary from 2130 to 2475EUR upon experience
– Reimbursement of the pension insurance for non-French citizens: 16% of the gross monthly salary
– Annual salary increase: 6% increase after and each 12 months of continuous contract
– Monthly per diem and living allowance: 686EUR net, field paid
– Monthly country allowance: 300EUR
– Child allowance: 1500EUR per year per child present in the country of origin (maximum 6000EUR/year)
– Transportation and accommodation: Coverage of transportation costs and guest house
– Medical coverage: ACF covers 100% of the social security, health insurance, and repatriation insurance agreement fees.

– Leaves and RnR: 25 days of paid leaves per year, 20 RnR per year, airfare reimbursement with a ceiling to get to the chosen break destination, and 215 EUR for each RnR period
