The incumbent is responsible to the Director of Life Cycle Management for all aspects of the Programme Office in accordance with the relevant governing Agreement(s), the NATO Support and Procurement Organisation (NSPO) Charter, NSPO and NSPA prescriptive documents. The Programme Manager is directly responsible for NSPA life cycle management services (including acquisition, logistics and engineering support) in the areas of the Air and Land Combat Systems.
