THE ROLE Please note this is a temporary role, until 31st December 2025. Reporting to the Head, HR Operations & Strategic Projects, this role will play a key part in the further development of Gavi systems, processes, and tools in the rewards area, including compensation & benefits management, salary management, job levelling and job architecture. A number of new and exciting projects are happening in the rewards space at Gavi, including the implementation of the findings of a compensation and benefits survey currently underway and the review of Gavi’s rewards framework, and impact on an Employee Value Proposition, EVP. The role will also support Total Rewards Statements and work on benefits management, including vendor management, as well as further developing the benefits offering for Gavi colleagues. Finally, data analytics and reporting will be a key deliverable for this role to support decision-making and forward planning. |
Compensation Analysis
• Support periodic updates of Gavi’s pay structure through market surveys to ensure competitiveness of Gavi compensation & benefits offering; • Contribute to the development of Gavi’s Employee Value Proposition; • Finalise and implement the job evaluation framework and job architecture. • A minimum of 5 years prior experience in compensation and benefits;
• Prior exposure to a project management focused role, a distinct advantage. |
• Project planning, research and analytical skills;
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel or HRIS Software; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information; • Analytical thinking and attention to detail; • Critical thinking; • Team Player. |
• Fluent English is required;
• French is an asset. |
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Studies, Psychology, and/or related field;
• Global Rewards Professional certification or similar will be advantageous. |
