About the position
The Partnerships and Communications Unit is seeking a professional in Design. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for Define the design of internal communication products such as infographics, brochures, pieces for institutional campaigns, animations, intranet, and digital newsletters to inform all staff timely, effective, and engaging about the Alliance and OneCGIAR change process. Also, the selected candidate will provide support to the Digital team for their design needs in terms of social media and brand.
The position will be based in the operations center of the Americas, located in the Campus of Palmira, Colombia.
Responsibilities
Attend meetings with different areas of the organization to define internal communication priorities.
Support with the design of communication templates for invitations and special emails (internal seminars, webinars, general messages)
Contribute to the drafting and development of internal campaigns and the related requests.
Design the Alliance newsletter and collaborate closely with the team.
Support with designing elements for the intranet.
Develop innovative design projects contributing to the visibility of internal comms.
Support the Digital team with templates and campaign materials for social media and websites.
Assist with the brand process and the application on new logos for digital platforms.
Requirements
Qualifications and requirements
Bachelor’s degree in design or related fields in design for comms.
Experience working with internal communications.
Knowledge to produce multiformat and creative content for different internal audiences and purposes.
Intermediate English level (oral and written).
Experience working with Adobe Creative suite.
Experience with creative and innovative approach to communications
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience with photography and/or videography.
Knowledge of digital platforms (social media and website design).

This is a national recruited position placed at a BG06, on a scale of 14 levels, with level 14 being the highest.
This is a Colombian national search and will be managed through a fixed-term contract of a one (1) year period, subject to a probation period according to the local legislation and is renewable depending on performance and availability of resources.
