You have:

  • A university Degree in Business Administration or Commerce, or College Diploma in relevant field combined with an acceptable level of experience.
  • Proficiency in French and English (reading, writing and speaking).
  • Demonstrated competence and relevant experience working with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft CRM, with the ability to action data fixes and business process related queries.
  • An in-depth understanding of business policy/process review and development, preferably in a research or grant-making setting.
  • An enhance knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting as well as performance indicator monitoring and development.

You are:

  • A skilled communicator with great interpersonal skills and the confidence to interact and develop relationships with all levels of the organization.
  • Adept in trouble shooting, issue resolution, and providing advice to both subject matter experts and end-users.
  • Client-focused, able to deliver your objectives while working under pressure using your initiative and sound judgment.
  • A team player within a multidisciplinary group of people from diverse cultures.

You are interested in:

  • Drafting and reviewing new policies/procedures and updates.
  • Providing advice to both subject matter experts and end-users, including leading training sessions and providing support, and acting as the key Divisional liaison for all matters related to the information systems that support our grant making.
  • Extracting and analyzing grant portfolio data to support the preparation of reports and analyses shared across the Centre, including to the Executive.
  • Data sources and metrics best used to forecast and assess performance, through both existing approaches and developing new ones.
  • Joining an organization that values and models diversity, inclusion, and equity.

* Hybrid Mode: Have the flexibility to work in hybrid mode (Minimum 3 days out of 10 in the office).
