You have:

  • A master’s degree in a relevant social science discipline such as public administration, international affairs, international development, political science, or economics.
  • Proficiency in French and English (reading, writing and speaking.)
  • Recent experience monitoring, collecting and analyzing information regarding the Canadian and global international assistance landscapes.
  • An in-depth understanding of strategic and operational planning, policy analysis, and briefing senior officials.

You are:

  • Competent in planning, organizing, coordinating, negotiating and problem-solving.

  • Qualified to establish, manage, and monitor relationships with external constituents in Canada and internationally.

You are interested in:

  • Undertaking research, analysis, coordination, project management, and other tasks related to specific strategic initiatives.
  • Developing synthesis documents and briefing materials.
  • Liaising regularly with colleagues, Canadian government and non-governmental organizations working in the development and research spheres.
  • Joining an organization that values and models diversity, inclusion, and equity.

Additional Information:

This position may be filled as term assignment.

* Hybrid Mode: Have the flexibility to work in hybrid mode (Minimum 3 days out of 10 in the office).
