Key Responsibilities:

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES.

 

Facilitate Monitoring Process with partners and community

  • Assist AP manager to develop/set up AP level monitoring system to ensure reliability and accuracy of AP level data (qualitative and quantitative) for data quality assurance
  • Develop appropriate field-based monitoring plan (including process monitoring system) with the support of technical DME Department (including PNS and grants)
  • Regular analysis and interpret of monitoring data carried out for each TPs and relevant data shared appropriately
  • Timely collection and dissemination of data, information verification and feedback to AP Manager, field team, Zonal Monitoring Coordinator and DME Department
  • Ensure effective Horizon implementation process with the support of DME Department
  • Maintain database for each TPs and updating demographic data for decision making
  • Increase capacity of field staff to ensure programme quality

 

Reporting

  • Review MMRs and submitted to AP Manager and provide highlight/feedback to AP Manager
  • Prepare and draft of Program Management Reports at AP level (Semi-Annual Reports/Annual Reports), grant and PNS report and government reports to AP Manager

 

Support Technical Program Baseline and Evaluation

  • Contribute AP level TP Baseline/Evaluation planning and conducting process as sample selection, data collection, data entry, data analysis, data validation as per the baseline/evaluation plan at AP level
  • Baseline report/ITTs with targets completed within the first year of implementation

 

Required Professional Experience

  • 3 years of progressive experience in programme/project monitoring.
  • 3 years of general experience in programme/project planning and surveying.
  • Teaching and training experiences

 

Required Education, training, license, registration and certification

  • Bachelor Degree in Social Studies.
  • Bachelor Degree in Social Science or Computer Studies.

 

Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Good planning and organizing skill.
  • Good team player.
  • Good communication, persuasion and cooperation skills.
  • Diverse and comfortable to perform well in cross cultural and different religions.
  • Ability to learn LEAP and TD frames.
  • Application of our promise 2030 and have sound knowledge on respective technical program.
  • Report writing in English.
