We cover topics ranging from civic engagement and full economic citizenship to youth, environment, health and human rights. And we’re on an ambitious mission: to change whole mindsets and systems towards an “Everyone a Changemaker”-world. Ashoka Austria haslaunched a new youth program called ‘Generation Changemaker’,driven by the purpose of every young person self-identifying as a changemaker.We’re looking for a programmanager to support us on this mission.

HERE IS YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Planning, organizing and implementing our new youth program (workshops, networking events, webinars …).
• Community Management (communication with our young changemakers)
• Co-creating and implementing programs for young people.
• Developing new partnerships andinitiatives with ourpartner organizations and youth.
• Taking care of our social media activities.
• Representing Ashoka Austria at events and expanding our Ashoka network.
• Participating in further Ashoka activities.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ENTREPRENEURIAL INDIVIDUAL, WHO

• has at least 2 years of professional experience.
• ideally has experience in working with youth.
• has intercultural competence, since the project has strong ties to Switzerland,Liechtenstein and other European countries.
• has strong implementation and organizational skills (including working digitally)
• has great command of German & English.
• has interest in social entrepreneurship and youth empowerment.
• is a structured mind, organizational talent, motivated spirit.
• is proactive and solution oriented.
