The EIB, the European Union’s bank, is seeking to recruit for its Directorate (OPS), Western Europe Department (WE), Public Sector & Infrastructure Division (3-PUB SEC&IF), at its headquarters in Luxembourg, an (Associate) Bankers – Public Sector and Infrastructure *.
This is a full-time position at grade 4/5 for which the EIB offers a permanent contract.
*Internal benchmark (Associate) Officer Lending Operations
Panel interviews are anticipated for August 2023.
You will contribute to the identification, appraisal, negotiation and initial stage monitoring of lending transactions in the public and infrastructure sectors in Western Europe, according to EIB policies and procedures and with the objective to contribute to EU Policy goals, with a specific focus on EU Mandates such as Invest EU.
You will report to the Head of Division and work in close co-operation with the other members of the Division and Department, and also with OPS frontline staff.
