Position Title: Associate Director of Talent Acquisition

Location: Employees in this role can work from our Boston, MA office, remotely within the U.S. or hybrid of these two options.

Position Overview:
The Associate Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for all facets of the talent acquisition life cycle, including but not limited to resource planning, employment branding, strategic sourcing, talent selection and onboarding activities. The Associate Director should be adept at balancing strategic perspective with meeting the immediate demands of the organization. This individual will be tasked with reviewing all current recruitment and hiring practices within Partners In Health’s (PIH) U.S. Coordination Site and identifying and implementing improvements, as well as building new processes and tools where needed. The Associate Director will work closely with hiring managers to design and carry out effective hiring strategies, as well as leading recruiting efforts for key positions. The Associate Director will establish and maintain solid collaboration with HR colleagues at care delivery and university sites to promote best practices and to advise on talent acquisition tools and approaches.
