Where you come in:
This is a full-time, maximum term position based in Brisbane through to the 30th of July 2026. You will be responsible for providing high quality supervision, support, and leadership for a team of eight. Working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, you will also need to be flexible to respond to issues impacting client safety outside of hours as needed. You will be part of our Queensland Programs team and report to our Regional Manager.

These skills will see you continuously develop staff knowledge, ensuring strength based, trauma informed practice.
