Where you come in:
In this a full-time, permanent position, based in any capital city in Australia, you will engage with corporates to develop large-scale, multi-year partnerships and funding streams that address shared goals and contribute to the protection and development of children in Australia and around the world. You will leverage your extensive corporate network and collaborate with internal teams to identify and engage with new companies to support Save the Children’s programmatic priorities.
You will be part of our Supporter Engagement team and report to our Head of Partnerships.

You have excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to persuade, motivate, network and negotiate effectively, both internally and externally. This, combined with your ability to think creatively, your highly proactive approach to researching and initiating new business opportunities, and your ability to plan, prioritise and manage a varied workload, means you will be able to create large, multi-year partnerships that meet both corporate and Save the Children’s objectives. You’re an established leader who is able to work alongside senior executives, and feels comfortable positioning Save the Children as the partner of choice with senior leaders of Australia’s largest companies.
