About the Consultancy Service
Join the Alliance of Bioversity International and CIAT as a Business Intelligence Consultant, where you’ll contribute to the development and maintenance of various dashboards with data from existing management information systems. Apply your expertise in Power BI, SQL, and data analysis to streamline decision-making for several stakeholders. This is an international consultant search.
Deliverables:
Creates and releases Power-BI dashboards (e.g., CGIAR Results dashboard, Quality assessment process, CLARISA Partners requests, PRMS Ticket system, etc.) for different types of audiences.
Requirements
Education and requirements
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related fields with at least 3-4 years of experience in Business Intelligence.
Advanced knowledge of the fundaments and concepts behind Business Intelligence.
Experience and Advanced knowledge of Power BI, including reports, dashboards, dataflows, and datasets, minimum three (3) to four (4) years
Advanced knowledge of SQL, MySQL, and SQL Server databases
Advanced level of English (oral and written)
Specific knowledge
Experience in the use of GitHub
Experience in JavaScript and/or NodeJS
Preview experience with Linux (Ubuntu)
Competencies
Strong team player with excellent organizational skills, responsibility, and a proactive approach.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
