- Bachelor’s degree in a business administration or IT related field desired. Relevant work experience may be substituted.
- Knowledge of CRM, ERP, grants management systems, and non-profit organizations desired. Specific experience or strong interest in learning SmartSimple, Workday, and/or Blackbaud CRM preferred.
- Strong understanding of WWF’s business processes. Ability to quickly understand how different teams work and translate it to both high-level and granular business processes.
- Strategic approach to problem-solving and collaboration.
- Experience with diagraming tools a plus.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex business processes and transition to documentation for various audiences – both end-user and technical.
- Ability to work independently.
