Business Support Administrator
Location: UK flexible (Home based with travel required within UK minimum 3 times per year)
Hours: 35 per week
Salary: £20,253 – £21,110 per annum (depending on experience) based on 35 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Do you have excellent customer service skills and a desire to be part of a team whose aim is to better equip adults and young people to cope in a crisis?
You could be a Business Support Administrator within our Community Education team. Our aim is to deliver vital skills, through our education offer, to people in the community who have an increased risk of experiencing a crisis.
You would be the central point of contact for external enquiries regarding Community Education workshops and products.
What will a day in the life of a Business Support Administrator entail?
Providing first class customer service.
Having a good knowledge of the products available from Community Education.
Dealing with enquiries from customers and external groups.
Analysing customer feedback for sharing within the team.
Producing reports as required.
To be a successful Business Support Administrator, you’ll need:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbally.
Experience of working in a customer service environment.
Good understanding of education services within communities.
To be IT literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
