Assignment / Activity: The consultant will be the part of CRG initiative in Bangladesh focusing on alleviating human rights and gender barriers to TB services and addressing TB stigma and discrimination in communities, health care settings, and workplaces. He/She will be leading the assigned components regarding the assessment of the range of TB related stigma and Gender-Based Violence under the project.

Scope of work:
The consultant will work closely with icddr,b, Global Fund and its consultants, National Tuberculosis Control Program (NTP) and other in-country stakeholders to conduct the assessment/study. The initial purpose of the position is to be the resource person on every step of the assessment such as developing proposals, capacity development training of the staff, assisting field implementation or data collection, data analysis and writing reports which is relevant to Gender-based Violence of the project.
