Support effective and qualitative project implementation within project timeframes and quality standards, and in compliance with SOPs and humanitarian standards.

Tasks
Coordinate closely with local partners, Partnership officers, and the Head of Project to confirm the timely and targeted distribution of all cash, voucher and in-kind assistance, and any other supplies that are directly to be distributed to beneficiaries.
Support partners in implementation of MPCA, winterization and in-kind activities within the project time-frame and quality standards, using modalities that include in-kind distribution, micro grants, cash for work and multi-purpose cash.
Work closely with local partners, the Head of Project, MEAL team, and government representatives in identifying the most vulnerable communities following the approved operations plan.
Develop well-organized distribution plans in collaboration with the Head of Project and Partners. Coordinate the plans including date, time and location to ensure distributions go well together with communities, WHH and Partner staff and government officials
Ensure that all documentation and records pertaining to the beneficiary registration is updated periodically with relevant information on all distribution conducted
Support partners that all cash, voucher and in-kind distributions are conducted and those beneficiaries are informed of the transfer value/entitlement and the quantities/amount to be distributed by family size/individual (or Approved Ration Scale).
At the end of each activity, prepare relevant reports for submission to the Head of Project as required.
Participate in monthly and quarterly project progress and programme review meetings, contributing information related to programme quality, progress, and challenges.
Participate in field level assessments including, but not limited to, needs assessment, vulnerability assessment, market assessment, focus group discussions, and other type of assessment as assigned by the team leader.
Coordinate and liaise with local authorities on the ground as applicable, and other NGOs to share information with regard to any exercise being planned including beneficiary registration and distributions
Conduct community mobilization and sensitization activities in targeted location considering the strict adherence to DO NO HARM principle.
Lead the process of vendor/shops identification and market actors to participate in the sectorial (Food, WASH, Shelter, etc.) Cash and Voucher activities as per the standard market/vendor identification tools.
Strictly comply with cash transfers SOPs and policies as per the WHH internal standards, donors and international humanitarian standards.
Work closely with MEAL staff, conduct monitoring of all post-distribution activities, follow up on complaints and suggestions from beneficiaries, and collate information to share with other staff. Ensure implementing recommendations as agreed between the MEAL team and the Head of Project.
Build capacity of the enumerators and partners staff on cash and voucher, winterization, in-kind data collection tools. Keep safe the passwords/accounts of the Cash Based Programming electronic platforms.
Visit vendors for data collection and other cash based programming related activities on regular basis.
Participate in the zonal coordination meetings such as cash working groups, winterization and NFI working groups.
Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness and comply with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
Promote and take an active part in quality improvement processes.
Comply with labor discipline, labor protection and safety rules, fire-prevention requirements, industrial sanitation and labor hygiene rules, Safety, and Environmental regulations and guidelines.
Specific Qualification
Intermediate to fluent level of verbal and written English.
