Role Description

Builds a team culture thatenablespeerstocollaborate, workcohesively and in a timelymanner. Responsibleforoverall timeline, project plan and budget. Go-topersonforcommunicationsaboutwhatis happening at eachstageoftheChallenge. LiaisesregularlywiththeChallengeadvisorforsupport and qualityalignment.

Deliverables:

  • Challengebudget (alongwithPartnership Manager and CM team)
  • Challenge timeline
  • Project plan (withbreakdownofactivities, deadlines and responsiblepeople)
  • Allinternalcommunications (notes, agenda setting, etc.)
  • Challenge page setup (supportfromPlatform Manager + visuals and textfromCommunications Manager)
  • ChallengespecificTerms and Conditions (templateprovidedbyadvisor, collaborateswith Data Privacy Manager)
  • Duringtheframing:
  • Coordinatetheframingsession agenda and deck
  • DefinitionofPrizepackage & benefits
  • DefinitionofKPIs
  • Definitionofkey dates
  • Definitionofstakeholders & target applicants
  • EnsuretheChallengeis GDPR compliant (followguidelinesfromChallengeAdvisor and Data Privacy Manager)
  • Ensurethefollowingdeliverables are preparedbytheteam in a timelymanner and participate in co-creation as needed:
  • Calendar & Strategyfor Network Activation (coordinatewithCommunity Manager)
  • Calendar for Media content and activities (coordinatewithCommunications Manager)
  • EvaluationCriteria (lead byKnowledge Manager)
  • EligibilityCriteria (in collaborationwithKnowledge Manager)
  • Applicationform (supportKnowledge Manager)
  • Weeklyoutreach and engagementreport (in collaborationwithCommunity and Communications Managers)
  • Launchactivities
  • Challenge page updates (can be splitwithCommunications Manager)
  • Screening & shortlistingprocesses and panels
  • DueDiligenceprocessforfinalists (supportfromChallengeAdvisor)
  • Supportjudges panel coordination (judges’ recruitment and panel facilitationisthePartnershipLead’sresponsibility)
  • Impactevaluationsurvey and analysis (in collaborationwithKnowledge Manager)
  • Lead final report & engagementreview (in collaborationwithotherteammembers)

Skills Must Have

  • Full fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • At least 6 yearsofprofessionalexperience in projectmanagement and coordinatingteams
  • Attentiontodetail and highlyorganizedworkstyle
  • Experienceworkingdirectlywithgroupsofpeoplefromdifferentbackgrounds and senioritylevels, especiallyfromthecorporate sector
  • A passionfor social impact, youthengagement, and business as a positive forceforgood.
  • Facilitywithprogramslike Microsoft Office

Familiarity with:

  • Fluency in Spanish and/or French
  • Experienceworkingwithcorporatepartners and/or at corporateenvironments
  • Experienceworkingwith email campaigntools
  • Experiencewith online technology set up and support, includinguserexperiencedesign
  • A goodgraspof social media isalwayshelpful
