Travel: Up to 25% of time both in development and fragile contexts.
Estimated Hiring Range: $77,500 – $94,000
The Job
World Vision is looking for a Channel Campaign Manager to create channel marketing campaigns designed to activate, engage, and retain supporters through the World Vision Gift Catalog product.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Lead internal/external teams in the development of compelling and relevant cross-channel campaign strategies for the World Vision Gift Catalog.
- Partner with Marketing Automation Specialists to implement designed campaigns.
- Manage the entire end-to-end gift catalog process, including the creation of strategies, creative briefs, production schedules, creative reviews, and other operational processes that are necessary for the life-cycle execution of the catalog campaigns.
- Coordinate and communicate with key stakeholders. Maintain project plans and calendars, manage budgets; manage creative reviews, manage and finalize approvals.
- Build and implement campaign marketing strategy; mail plans, and standardize campaign processes.
- Partner with Product/Segment Leaders in the development of donor journeys and product pricing, info, etc.
- Evaluate & report campaign marketing performance; provide recommendations to inform strategies.

Demonstrates thorough knowledge of fundraising. Knows what it takes to develop and/or support a successful fundraising campaign, appeal or program. Understands fundraising sources and competition for funds.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent work experience (8 years).
- In addition to education or education equivalent, requires 5 years of work experience in marketing, fundraising or a related area.
- Experience must include at least 3 years of developing marketing plans and strategies in campaign management and channel marketing (email, mobile, social, direct mail, etc.).
- Additional required skills and knowledge include: Thorough knowledge of marketing as it relates to planning, budgets, strategies, and metrics; Experience with campaign testing, forecasting, analytics and measurement; Demonstrated aptitude to proactively lead business improvement; Lead and inspire cross-functional collaboration, relationship building, influence and negotiation; Strong project and process management skills.
- Gift catalog or catalog experience strongly preferred.
Additional Skills We Are Interested In:
- Strong attention to detail is vital to this role (creative review process, proofreading, and budgetary details).
- Highly task-oriented that requires a significant level of heads down work and focus time on assignments & projects as assigned.
- Prior catalog experience is a plus.
Salary Range & Benefits:
- WVUS Pay Grade Level: 225
- The estimated hiring range is $77,500 – $94,000 a year.
- The full range for this position is $73,500 – $115,000.
- This range applies to locations with a market similar to our Washington D.C. and Seattle-area office. A different range may apply based on your work location.
- Job offers are based on relevant qualifications and pay equity.
