Based in Brunssum, The Netherlands, you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. You will contribute to business process improvement initiatives across all functional areas of the NCI Agency. You will lead key activities in the identification of issues, problems and enhancement needed for the EBA toolset to ensure that end to end processes are running properly. You will also plan, coordinate & contribute to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), business processes and other documentation related to Logistics as well as necessary Repair & Maintenance within EBA. About you
We’re looking for a talented and knowledgeable Chief Assistant (Business Enterprise Application) with ideally higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 4 years post-related experience, or a secondary educational qualification with at least 6 years post-related experience.
A different qualification coupled with particularly relevant experience may also be considered.
Experience in Asset Management processes related to inventory management, order management as well as the interface with repair and maintenance is required. We also seek practical experience with Logistics and Maintenance processes managed through an ERP based system.
Knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
