  • University degree, in business management and /or logistics management or equivalent experience.
  • At least five years of management experience in supporting a major weapon system through FMS including its budgetary aspects.
  • Ability to chair and actively participate in meetings with international senior level partners.
  • Ability to facilitate / present persuasively to gain buy-in and negotiate effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Professional qualification in Project Management.
  • Expert knowledge and experience in FMS processes and procedures to include the financial aspects of FMS.
  • Experience in working with Performance Based Logistics (PBL) contracts especially in a cost-shared setting between international partners.
  • Practical experience in resolving business problems with analytical thinking and structured, data driven, problem solving techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of database design and optimisation, and scripting.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and forecasting.

POST DETAILS

  • Basic monthly salary: USD 10,090.40, tax free.
  • Post to be filled as of 01 January 2024 subject to final approval.
