  • Graduate degree in law such as LL.M., Master’s degree, PhD, or LL.D.
  • At least 10 years of experience public law, procurement, dispute settlement, arbitration or debarment.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply legal principles, concepts and policy to a range of issues, in particular in the public/private procurement and contracting areas, debarment proceedings, and dispute settlement.
  • Analytical skills and ability to conduct research and to process large amounts of information within a short period. 
  • Working knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Word and Power Point.

IMPORTANT NOTES

In accordance with the NATO employment regulations, the contract will be established for
a 12-month period (on-call). The working language will mainly be English.
The duty stations will be Home or any other area as required.
