The United Nations Volunteers (UNV) programme contributes to peace and development through volunteerism worldwide. We work with partners to integrate qualified, highly motivated and well supported UN Volunteers into development programming and promote the value and global recognition of volunteerism.

Task Description

We are seeking the support of motivated Online volunteers to support UNV Regional Office for Europe and Central Asia and provide assistance in aspects of social media monitoring, content tracking and online listening for International Volunteer Day in Russian. Some specific tasks include: Monitor social media for mentions of International Volunteer Day (IVD) in Russian-speaking countries in the region. Track and summarize the IVD-related posts. Identify officials including governmental and United Nations, influencers, and IVD2024 hashtags to amplify the campaign. Compile findings and insights into a brief excel report.
