1. For the team building support: I. Preparatory/planning of the team building workshop – A customized team building plan with a methodology that leads to behavioral change and results. The workshop should focus on: • defining our goal of a good teamwork environment, areas for improvement in the team, individual contributions, empathy at work, etc. • Planning and prioritization skills • Conflict resolutions and how to promote agreements and reduce conflict • Understanding different personalities (including characters test) to promote II. Facilitation of the team building workshop – Interactive and team building sessions aimed at identifying needs for change and steps as a team and individuals to achieve it. III. After the implementation of the workshop, a brief report outlining: i. The team building workshop proceedings and key outcomes; ii. Recommendations on corporate deliveries to promote better communication and team work horizontally and vertically; iii. Feedback on the various aspects of the training from participants 2. Coaching support Provide individual coaching to 3 staff with a focus on career development. This will include 4-5 sessions to identify priorities, work plan, etc. Career growth sessions could include – feedback on CVs, interview tips and preparation, professional growth plan, etc. And should be identified together with the staff member

Duties and Responsibilities
To facilitate and moderate a team building process that will improve both horizontal and vertical communication within the RCO. The team building programme should be creatively organized to include sessions aimed at helping the staff to identify opportunities to work together, better office relationships, better communication and enhanced teamwork. The consultant is expected to design and propose the methodology for the one team building session and for the 3 individual coaching sessions focused on career growth. Participants: – All RCO team (10 people) will attend a team building workshop. – 3 staff to be individually coached (4-5 sessions each).
Qualifications/special skills
Degree in a relevant field such as psychology, coaching, or human resources, among others are required. Certification on coaching would be an asset. At least 2 years professional experience in human resources management, capacity building and coaching is required. At least 2 times implementing team building workshops is required. Previous work with UN is desirable.
Languages
Fluency of English language is required.
