The UNRWA Digital Impact, Technology, and Innovation Department (DITID) is looking for an experienced Business Analyst consultant to manage the operational aspects of the eHealth system. Responsibilities include addressing reported bugs, handling service requests, CRs, conducting quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT) with experience in working with SQL queries and DevOps. The consultant will report to Senior Technical Lead (HQ-Amman).

Duties and Responsibilities
Under the direct supervision of the Senior Technical Lead, and in close collaboration with the product line team and software development team, the selected Business Analyst consultant will be responsible for the following tasks: • Assists the product line manager in systems analysis for the design, implementation, customization and maintenance of the eHealth application, collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand and document specific eHealth/EMR requirements. • Prepares extensive documentation to capture user requirements and detailed • system and programme specifications. • Proactively communicates with business counterparts to ensure that detailed. • system and programme specification documents are captured and documented • comprehensively. • Assists in preparation of instruction manuals and other documentation for the • systems and application(s) to which assigned. • Provides end-user support, including maintenance tasks for eHealth system. • Manage ehealth releases from testing, UAT until deployment. • Performs other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE • University degree from an accredited educational institution in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • At least 4 years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong business analysis, SQL queries, DevOps, and service desk systems. • knowledge of relational databases and SQL server, MS Office, MS Project or similar tools. • Basic project management skills to coordinate eHealth system implementation tasks. • Ability to analyze complex clinical workflows and data requirements. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and propose effective technical solutions. • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. • Fluency in written and spoken English is required. (25%) • Manage the users requests and incidents through service desk and DevOps. (25%) • Deliver well-organized data requests & support for end users. (20%) • Testing and Quality Assurance on the delivered work: Conduct thorough testing of the application to identify and fix bugs, ensuring a high level of quality and reliability. (20%) • Handle system Deployment Packages and coordinate with development team. (10%) CONDITIONS OF SERVICE • The selected candidate will be based in UNRWA HQA Amman – Jordan. • The duration of the Contract is 6 months and possibility of extension subject to the availability of funds and continuing need and satisfactory performance. • The selected candidate will receive monthly fees of JD919.80, equivalent to the UNRWA Jordan salary scale Grade 14 step 1. • At least 4 years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong business analysis, SQL queries, DevOps, and service desk systems. • knowledge of relational databases and SQL server, MS Office, MS Project or similar tools. • Basic project management skills to coordinate eHealth system implementation tasks. • Ability to analyze complex clinical workflows and data requirements. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and propose effective technical solutions.

UNRWA Digital Impact, Technology, and Innovation Department (DITID) is seeking an experienced Web Application Specialist with expertise in ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, and other programming languages to work on Web application Systems. The consultant will report to the Head Software Development Section and Lead Solution Architect (HQ-Amman).
