Organizational Setting
The Division of Human Resources (MTHR), within the Department of Management, plans, acquires and manages human resources to effectively implement the IAEA programmes. It thus delivers the full spectrum of human resource services, including HR organizational development and planning, talent acquisition and development, performance management, and administration of compensation and benefits. The Division serves a multicultural workforce of approximately 2300 people from diverse scientific, technical, managerial and professional disciplines. Main Purpose The Agency has launched a pulse check in Safeguard as of 29 April 2024 as part of its respectful and inclusive working place initiative. The pulse check will cover a population of approximately 900 staff, consultants and interns in the Department, which includes 26 questions consisting of open comments too. Remuneration The remuneration for this consultancy is a daily fee of up to a maximum of € 300, based on qualifications and experience. In case duty travel is required within the assignment, a daily subsistence allowance (DSA) and travel costs are provided. Health coverage and pension fund are the responsibility of the incumbent. |
