- Completed education with certification, award or diploma in subjects related to food safety, food hygiene, hospitality or operational food services management.
- At least 5 years’ (or recent 2 years) experience in the supervision and management of staff within a catering services operations environment.
- Experience in the field of food safety and food defence related to large dining facilities operations.
- Experience in the administration of contracts and in project management including Mobilization and Demobilization activities usually associated with the provision of food and camp soft services.
- The work of this consultancy post is mainly conducted in English; therefore, fluency in that language is essential and a beginner knowledge of French is desirable. As technical oversight is foreseen mainly for operations in Türkiye, beginner knowledge of Turkish will be considered as an asset.
- The consultant must hold, or be able to obtain, a valid “NATO SECRET” security clearance.

IMPORTANT NOTES
In accordance with the NATO employment regulations, the contract will be established for
a 6-month period. The working language will mainly be English.
The duty stations will be Türkiye, Kosovo, Luxembourg or any other area as required.
