Bajo al autoridad general del Director de la Oficina de UNESCO de San José, y la supervisión directa del Especialista de Ciencias Sociales y Humanas, el interesado brindará servicios de consultoría de apoyo técnico para la creación de la Mesa Redonda de Organizaciones de Personas con Discapacidad, y promover su incidencia en la creación de políticas públicas en favor de los Derechos de las personas con discapacidad; en cumplimiento con las Reglas y Regulaciones de UNESCO.
