La Oficina Regional UNESCO Santiago tiene como mandato trabajar para avanzar en el logro de los objetivos del ODS 4 a través de los ejes programáticos establecidos en su estrategia de medio término. Dentro del marco del programa de educación y el 41 C/5, con especial énfasis en las actividades dedicadas a Chile, como el Congreso Pedagógico, Confintea y la Reunión Extraordinaria de Ministros y Ministras de Educación de América Latina y el Caribe 2024, y bajo la orientación general de la Directora y del Jefe de Educación, y la supervisión directa del asesor de incidencia y estrategia de dicha oficina, el/la consultor(a) cumplirá con las siguientes funciones:
