Bajo la autoridad general del Director de la Oficina de la UNESCO en San José, y la supervisión directa de la Especialista de Educación, el titular prestará servicios de consultoría, de conformidad con las normas, prácticas y procedimientos de la UNESCO, para proveer apoyo técnico en la elaboración de un informe sobre la situación del Derecho a la Educación de las personas en situación de movilidad en Centroamerica.
