Background:
Following the cooperation and support provided to the Committee for Environmental Protection (CEP) in 2024, the OSCE Programme Office in Dushanbe (POiD) will continue assisting the CEP in developing and disseminating environmental education materials upon request.
Over the years, the POiD has supported the development of informational materials under the 2021–2025 National Environmental Education Programme for preschool, school and higher education institutions. The distribution of printed materials has significantly contributed to raising awareness of environmental issues both in the regions and in Dushanbe. However, to further enhance the impact, it is essential to develop and disseminate visual content.
The Content Specialist/Scriptwriter will be responsible for creating the storyline and script to ensure alignment with the project’s key messages. This includes conducting interviews with stakeholders, beneficiaries and project representatives, drafting voiceover text and captions for clarity and impact and ensuring that the messaging is engaging, informative and tailored to the target audience. Additionally, the Content Specialist/Scriptwriter will work closely with the Video Producer/Editor to align visuals with the narrative and will revise content based on feedback from project stakeholders.
Objective of Assignment:
The objective of this assignment is to create a high-quality informational video clip that effectively communicates key messages on environmental education, particularly for youth.

Remuneration will be based on the selected consultant’s/expert’s qualifications, experience, the tasks and deliverables for this position and in accordance with the OSCE established rates.
