Position Overview:
Partners In Health’s (PIH) Resource Management Branch is looking for a Coordinator to provide administrative, systems, and project support to PIH’s Finance and Grant Management and Compliance (GMC) teams. The Coordinator serves as an integral part of the Finance and GMC teams, which work to ensure responsible and effective fund management at PIH, through strong practices and reasonable policies and procedures.
Primary responsibilities include coordination of the administrative systems of the Finance and GMC teams in hiring, training, compliance, and award management, and assisting with annual registration and filing processes. The Coordinator proactively identifies and implements improvements to administrative systems and processes that support the department’s efficiency and effectiveness. The position presents an excellent opportunity to gain experience in finance and grant management and compliance within the global health sector.
The ideal candidate will be a highly accountable, results-driven professional with exemplary interpersonal, communications and organization skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay for this position at commencement of employment is $46,000/year.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan with employer match, as well as participate in organization-sponsored medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability insurance, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents. Full time employees will receive 15 days of vacation, 12 sick days, 3 personal days, and 3 volunteer days in addition to paid time off during the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day, the week of July 4th, and 11 additional holidays annually.
