Key Responsibilities:

Job Profile

The primary role of this position is to be responsible for the Information & Communication Technology (ICT) Service operation. This will include the infrastructure support, hardware support, Application support and Training needs of the end users. Primarily the role will cater to the business requirements of the National Office/ Field/ Regional/ Cluster/ Programme Office in order to ensure of the smooth functioning of its operation.

Major Responsibilities

• Provide IT service and support related to Application software, Hardware and maintenance.
• Responsible for managing, monitoring and maintaining the PABX system and UPS systems.
• Product specialization for global applications (Concur, Provision, SOC).
• More engagement with Field office ICT requirement.
• Responsible to ensure that the National office/ remote office computers are within the recommended standard and policies of the World Vision International Service Coordinating Manual / SLA World Vision.
• Provide over the telephone assistance to the end user queries at National Office/APs/HEA and travelers.
• To ensure that all backup of system and end user critical information are backed-up on a regular basis according to the backup policy and partnership applications.
• ICT Support for Training centers.

Required qualifications, experience & competencies

• Five (5) years of experience in similar capacity.
• Higher National Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Experience in hardware maintenance repair and servicing
• Experience in electronics
• Proper knowledge in software installation and configuration.
• Effective communication, Documentation & report writing skills.
• The position requires ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 40% of the time.
• Fluency in English and local languages.
