Our employment opportunity of the moment: Corporate Planner

Location: Ottawa (Hybrid Mode*)

Employment Status: Temporary until December 2025

You have:

  • College diploma or university degree in relevant field (e.g., administration), or equivalent experience and qualifications.
  • Proficiency in French and English (reading, writing and speaking)
  • A minimum of five years experience in coordinating and managing administrative activities at senior management level.
  • Excellent understanding of the mission, mandate, policies, procedures, and activities of the Centre.
  • An enhanced knowledge of decision-making processes, tracking systems, and documentation management for high-level meetings.

You are:

* Hybrid Mode: Have the flexibility to work in hybrid mode (Minimum 3 days out of 10 in the office).
