Under the supervision of the WMO Member Services department MS) supported by the IT Division (ITD) the incumbent will perform the following duties:
(a) Manage and operate MS CRM Dynamics:
i. Manage and monitor current platform,
ii. Review configuration and customization and bring simplification and improvement to the current version,
iii. Respond to technical requests and issues,
iv. Collaborate with IT to integrate CRM with other IT systems.
(b) Implement major improvements:
i. Re-assess business needs and analyze existing processes,
ii. Translate them into CRM capabilities and identify gaps with current solution,
iii. Define the new solution and lead the implementation as needed.
(c) Carry out other relevant duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS | ||
Education Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science or Business Administration); a master’s degree is a plus. |

Experience A minimum of seven years of working with MS Dynamics CRM and MS Dynamics 365, including architecture, design, system administration, configuration, and customization. |

Other requirements Expertise in Microsoft technologies and more specifically Power Platform. Strong expertise in CRM concepts, methodologies, and best practices. Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver projects on time and within budget. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Ability to work in a multicultural environment and to foster diversity and team spirit. |

Languages Excellent knowledge of English (both oral and written). Knowledge of other official languages of the Organization would be an advantage. (Note: The official languages of the Organization are Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish.) |
The Secretary-General may appoint a candidate at a grade below the advertised grade of the post, with the possibility of promotion to that grade within three years of appointment, subject to satisfactory appraisal of performance.Possibility of renewal subject to the availability of funds and pending satisfactory performance after an initial probationary period of one year which can be extended up to a maximum of two years.

Annual net base salary on initial appointment is: US$ 77326 | |
Annual post adjustment on initial salary is: US$ 67042 (in addition to the net base salary) | |
