Customer Service Administrator
Location: Salford (hybrid role working between home and Salford office)
Contract type: Permanent
Hours per week: 35 (Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm)
Salary: £20,253 – £22,823 dependent on experience
Can you ensure the profitability of Red Cross Training through the administration of invoices and finance?
As Customer Service Administrator you will sustain British Red Cross Training’s performance by reconciling invoices with customers to limit debt risks and resolve aged debt by managing invoice and financial reporting requirements for a portfolio of customers, whilst collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate and resolve issues
A day in the life of a Customer Service Administrator will include;
Working collaboratively with internal and external departments to maximise payment collections and deliver reduced debtor days.
Resolving inbound telephone and email enquiries along with ensuring internal invoicing and databases are maintained and up to date.
Working as an effective problem solver, producing, and analysing financial reports and proactively addressing any errors or inconsistencies so that they can be addressed and resolved before impacting the customer experience.
To be a successful Customer Service Administrator you’ll;
Have previous experience working within an administrative role focusing on finance.
Have experience working within a target driven environment, developing strong internal and external relationships.
Manage a varied workload and effectively prioritise tasks.
Be able can see things from another’s perspective and provide solutions which suit those involved.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Effectively collate and analyse information and data.

The closing date for the role is 23.59 hours on 22nd June 2023 with interviews expected shortly afterwards.
