Duties and Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the ASYCUDA Regional Coordinator for CEE and Central Asia, the incumbent will undertake the following duties, without specific training:  Coordination of Mongolia national experts efforts on the adaptation and customisation of digital customs tools to Mongolia national requirements.  Verification of translation of the ASYPCD, ASYPAP and e-Borders screens, messages and reports into the national language(s)/ alphabet(s) with Mongolia Customs Legal department  Quality control over definition/amendment of the Customs’ processing-flows related to the e-Commerce and e-Transit.  Assistance in configuration of Risk management component for Transit  Coordination of testing and piloting of ASYPCD, ASYPAP and e-Transit prototypes  Coordinate implementation activities with all stakeholders (Customs General Administration of Mongolia, Mongol Post JSC, Express operators)  Drafting project progress reports
Qualifications/special skills
A First level university degree in Public administration, International trade, Customs, Economics, Law, Finance or related field is required. 2 years Experience in the areas of trade facilitation, e-trade, integrated border management, customs and international trade or related area is required Experience of making evaluations and drafting policy documents in customs and trade facilitation sector is required Experience of work in Customs Administration and in international environment is desirable
Languages
Fluency written and oral in English is required
