Purpose
The purpose of the role is to facilitate and monitor the implementation of the sponsorship and grants activities in the respective area in alignment with the approved annual plans to ensure timely and quality delivery of and monitoring of the implementation of the activities and ensure that they are significantly contributing to lasting and positive changes in the lives of the deprived children and communities

SCOPE
The post holder will report to Delta Area Manager and will act as the front-line in working directly with communities through different community partners for both sponsorship and grants. He/she will work closely with Sponsored Children and families and with other Program Area (PA) team members and with projects’ officers at the same community to ensure better coordination. He /she will build the partners’ capacities to be able to implement the sponsorship and grants activities and will facilitate and monitor their implementation in the respective area.
