This position is hybrid requiring a few days per week in Mexico City office; WRI Mexico. Existing work authorization is required at the time of application submission. WRI is unable to sponsor any visa work sponsorship for this position.

This is done by targeting standards of performance and measuring efficiency and effectiveness across the sisterhood of offices.

 

Job Highlight:

 

Reporting to the CRM Solutions Architect along with a dotted line reporting to the Senior Manager, Development Operations, you will be responsible for database administration and maintenance, including data integrity, reporting needs, and training of development staff. You will liaise between Development’s end users and the CRM team. Serving as both a subject-matter expert and technical lead, you will ensure that Salesforce is fit for purpose and that all members of Development’s global network are incorporating Salesforce into their daily workflows to derive maximal benefit from the tool. You will develop user stories, verify requirements, and help maintain existing functionality and the building of new functionality. Your daily work will allow the Development department to perform the data analysis required for strategic decision-making and to develop metrics and reports critical to assessing the success of our fundraising. You will be the first-level support for the Development Directorate’s Salesforce users and will oversee Development’s processes and data flows.

 

You will be supported by the CRM and Development Operations teams. Salesforce is a foundational tool for the Development team, and you will help drive the fundraising effectiveness and efficiency of the database.

 

 

What will you do:

 

CRM Administration (70%): –

 

  • Collaborate daily with the CRM Manager to support users, implement new system features, and build fixes while adhering to stated best practices
  • Assist with the gathering of detailed functional requirements stating project scope and desired outcomes
  • Support the design, development, and deployment of large-scale enterprise solutions globally
  • Improve data quality through a combination of manual and bulk data cleanups working independently or together with data owners
  • Monitor data quality and system usage indicators, raising concerns and trends to the attention of the CRM Solutions Architect and the Senior Manager, Development Operations
  • Implement dashboards and reports and monitor integrations and connections within the CRM platform or other relevant reporting/analytics tools within Salesforce to support fundraising goals and improved collaboration across sectors
  • Manage and provide ongoing support related to CRM integration/apps such as GeoPointe, Classy, wealth screening tools, etc

 

CRM Adoption and Engagement (30%) :-

 

  • Provide new user onboarding and ongoing user training
  • Interact daily with Development Salesforce users to drive increased adoption of and interest in Salesforce
  • Document business processes, system interactions, and data flows and develop and update guidelines and training materials as needed

 

What will you need:

 

  • Education: You have completed a bachelor’s degree in computers, information technology, management, marketing, operations or related area
  • Experience: You have 5 years full-time work experience in data analysis and process flows to include data analyst or operations analyst experience
  • Experience using Salesforce or other customer relationship management tools (Monday.com, Blackbaud, Hubspot) to develop business solutions
  • Above-average mastery of Excel
  • Experience documenting business processes, system interactions, and data flows
  • Experience working independently and proactively as it require alternating between periods of intense collaboration and spells of solo/heads-down work
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities
  • Excellent troubleshooting, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with fundraising processes helpful, but not required
  • Salesforce Admin certificate is preferred, but not required
  • Languages: Verbal and written English proficiency
  • Requirements: Existing work authorization is required where this position. WRI is unable to authorize visa work authorization

 

Potential Salary: Salary is commensurate with experience and other compensable factors.
