- A bachelor’s degree with a minimum of four years experience in grants management and fundraising roles or equivalent experience is required.
- Excellent organizational ability and strong attention to detail are required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including copyediting and report writing are required.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of development and best practices regarding donor stewardship are required.
- Knowledge of conservation and/or international development issues is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to be adaptable, flexible, and responsive.
- Comfortable working with complex budgets.
- Must have strong intercultural communication skills.
- Committed to building and strengthening a culture of inclusion and collaboration within and across teams.
- Experience with donor/CRM databases and MS Office suite.
- International experience and fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) are pluses.
- Strong foundational knowledge of WWF’s conservation mission, goals, and organizational structure is a plus.

This is a hybrid position that requires 2-days minimum in the WWF Washington, DC HQ office.
