Background information:
The Digital Diplomacy Operations Support Consultant will be responsible for supporting the execution of the product delivery related to Event Management and RSI (Remote Simultaneous Interpretation) services.
The consultant will also contribute to the monitoring and evolution of the current service and participate in the development of the service portfolio, as well as participating in projects related to the service.
Main duties and responsibilities:
The consultant will work under the direct supervision and guidance of the Associate Product Delivery and Development Officer in the Digital Products Unit (DSDP) within the Digital Solutions Centre Division (DS) and in close collaboration with other teams within the United Nations International Computing Centre. The consultant shall ensure the completion of the following deliverables:
