The RFI does not constitute a commitment by PSI. All information submitted is voluntary, PSI will not pay for information nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred to develop a response to the RFI.
Background
PSI is a non-profit organization working to improve the health of poor and vulnerable people in developing countries. PSI has an annual budget of $500+ million, offices in 60+ countries, and 8,000+ employees. Country offices are supported by 200+ staff providing services in programmatic and administrative areas. Collectively this group is referred to as “Global Services”, though most staff are based in Washington, D.C. Global Services is divided into four “cones” which encompass over 20 departments. For further information on PSI’s size, scope, structure, and strategy refer to www.psi.org. PSI’s Digital Health and Monitoring (DHM) department is requesting information from the public sector on interest in and capacity to address the technical areas outlined below.
Submission Instructions
Submit responses to PSI’s Digital Health and Monitoring (DHM) department at [email protected], the subject line should include “RFI: PSI_DHM20240401.2; organization name”. Submissions received after 12:00 am EST on August 9, 2024, will not be reviewed. RFI responses should be an attachment in PDF format, no longer than 10 pages total. Please include in the body of the email organizational points of contact, PSI reserves the right to seek additional information based on RFI responses through an email or request for an in-depth interview.
Request for Information
This notice is exclusively for information and planning purposes. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Application (RFA) or a commitment for a future RFP/RFA. PSI is not seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals, applications or resumes. Submissions are strictly voluntary. Respondents are not required to respond to all questions or sections of the RFI but may choose to do so. Only the information requested will be considered.
Reponses to the RFI should look at a combination of or all the digital health technical areas below:
Part 1.
The section should not exceed 2 pages (single spaced, Times New Roman,12 point font), the response to a question in this section should not exceed 500 words.
Part 2.
Provide a brief capacity statement of the organization’s current, not anticipated or projected, ability to address any of the applicable technical areas. For Part 2, the response to any individual technical area (1-11) should not exceed 1,000 words and the section in its entirety should not exceed 8 pages (single spaced, Times New Roman,12 point font). An organization can respond to 1, a combination of, or all capacity requests.
