The successful candidate will lead strategic efforts to enhance Winrock’s impact and presence in climate adaptation and mitigation programming. This position is crucial for elevating Winrock’s thought leadership, increasing internal coordination, and driving new business development to expand and scale our work in the climate change sector.

Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree in a related field; advanced degree strongly preferred.
The salary range for this role is set between $155,000 and $178,000, with the majority of candidates typically land within the midpoint of this range, there is an additional 10% contribution for a 403b annually and an excellent benefits package.
