Information technology is an integral part of the strategic initiatives for all the Core Business Functions at IFC. Corporate Information Technologies (CIT) Teams provides comprehensive IT support for IFC’s Investment & Advisory Services, Financial Operations, Treasury & the Asset Management Company. A robust engagement model with business ensures prioritization of the business requirements & focus on delivery. The application landscape encompasses a wide variety of In-house and Customized COTS products (such as ACBS, Summit, Investran, etc.) which meets the business needs of IFC departments.
CITOP is seeking a Technical Architect CRM (Extended Term Consultant), with strong CRM design and architecture skills to work with internal clients to successfully develop, build and implement business solutions working along with a geographically distributed development team.
The position is for a Senior Professional who is highly motivated and versatile candidate with experience in CRM, who can demonstrate relentless attention to detail and who can communicate with technical and non-technical clients. The candidate requires strong theoretical background and substantial experience in information technology, banking or investment operation, good requirements collection and interviewing capabilities, strong analytical skills to critically evaluate gathered information, and high proficiency in the Architecture and Design documentation for large-scale information systems.
Duties & Accountabilities:
As a CRM Technical Architect the responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Extensive experience in Solution Architecture, Design and Implementation of processes across various domains and multiple technologies in line with Enterprise vision
• Has and maintains a deep understanding of the D365 Service/Customer data platform/Sales and or Finance technology stack and the peripheral technologies that can be leveraged including, but not limited to, Azure, Azure SQL, Azure PostgreSQL, Power BI, Common Data Service, Power Apps, and Azure Logic Apps.
• Has extensive experience in Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, customization development, integration, Data migration, reporting, dashboards, web resources, CRM solution management, security model and UI development.
• Identify and weigh the pros and cons of design patterns and implementation solutions to find the most optimized route.
• Participating/Leading in backlog definition of features/user stories providing technical inputs and design guidance in areas such as extensions/modifications, data conversion, environment provisioning and application integration.
• Develops a good understanding of the technology landscape and integrations/integration patterns in the enterprise.
• Build and walkthrough technical architecture deliverables with architecture team /security teams.
• Proven record of delivering business value by leveraging technology and an ability to communicate strategic technical concepts and be a trusted voice at the decision-making table.
• Ensures that internal development guidelines are understood and applied by the development team.
• Identifies and communicates any cross-area or cross-release issues that affect other project areas.
• Ensures adherence to all quality management plans and standards by review/sharing inputs to Test scenario/Test cases.
• Fully understands the capabilities and limitations of the technical environments of the applications used by the enterprise.
Selection Criteria
• Master’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with at least 10 years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s degree within a minimum 12 years of relevant experience (MANDATORY)
• 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Service/Customer data platform/Sales and or Finance with Enterprise clients
• Experience with lifecycle implementations leading a technical workstream such as OOTB build, integration, data conversion or extension development.
• Good understanding of functional capabilities of
• Good understanding of LCS (Life Cycle Services) and Azure DevOps.
• Experience in other technologies such as SQL, PowerBI along with good knowledge C# and the .Net framework/Core.
• Experience with D365 interfacing and integration.
• Knowledge in gathering technical requirements.
• Knowledge/Experience with Data Management Framework – PowerApps, Logic Apps, Dataverse and other Azure Services including Azure Functions, Azure Blob and Table Storage, Azure Event Grid, Azure Service Bus, Azure API Management.
• Understanding of Synchronous and Asynchronous integration patterns.
• Extension approach to customization versus over layering
• Role-based security design and customization.
• Extensible Data Security.
• Report development and Power BI.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, and CI/CD
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
