World Wildlife Fund (WWF), one of the world’s leading conservation organizations, seeks a Editorial Production Coordinator
Major Function
The Editorial Production Coordinator supports the Publications and Editorial Production team across multiple functions. The Coordinator’s primary responsibilities include administrative and production support across two scopes of work: (1) WWF’s flagship publications World Wildlife Magazine, World Wildlife Digest, and the Annual Report; and (2) asset-gathering efforts in the field. This work includes logistical, image, content, and other research; drafting contracts and production documents; coordinating meetings, travel, and itineraries; routing magazine stories; entering and checking edits; supporting multiple editors and producers; general administrative support; and more. As such, attention to detail and the ability to independently progress projects and products is essential.
WWF is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace and requires all US-based staff to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. WWF will consider requests for accommodation from the vaccine requirement based on disability, medical contraindication, sincerely held religious belief, or any other category protected by federal, state, or local law.
