The WTO is seeking a skilled and creative consultant to produce an employer branding video that effectively communicates our company’s values, culture, and benefits as an employer. With a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and excellence, the WTO seeks to strengthen its employer brand by showcasing its values, culture, and opportunities through a compelling video in our three languages, English, French and Spanish. The video will serve as a key asset in attracting top talent worldwide to our organization.

The project is planned to be completed within a timeframe of 6 months and will be conducted in collaboration with the recruitment team and the communication department.

Objectives:

The primary objective of this project is to create a 2-minute employer branding video that effectively communicates the organization’s culture, values, and why it is a great place to work for. The video should resonate with potential candidates across various demographics and geographies. Specifically, the video should:

  • Highlight the organization’s mission, vision, and core values.
  • Showcase the diverse and inclusive workplace culture through the voices of our staff.
  • Illustrate career growth and development opportunities within the organization.
  • Encourage potential candidates to join the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the hiring team and stakeholders to understand the company’s brand identity, values, and culture.
  • Develop a creative concept and storyboard for the employer branding video that aligns with the company’s objectives and target audience.
  • Coordinate all aspects of video production, including scriptwriting, filming, editing, and post-production.
  • Source or create appropriate visuals, music, and voiceovers to enhance the impact of the video.
  • Ensure that the video meets the highest standards of quality, professionalism, and brand consistency.
  • Incorporate feedback and revisions from stakeholders throughout the production process.
  • Deliver the final employer branding video in multiple formats suitable for various platforms (e.g., website, social media, recruitment events).

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in video production, particularly in creating employer branding or corporate videos.
  • Strong creative vision and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives.
  • Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) or other relevant tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively, meet deadlines, and communicate proactively with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in video marketing and employer branding.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Excellent English skills and a good understanding of French and Spanish would be an asset.

Additional Information:

This is a contract-based consultancy for a local position.

The consultant will work remotely and must be available for regular visits at our premises in Geneva. The consultant will utilize their own equipment and software as needed.

The duration of the project and compensation will be negotiated based on the scope of work and the consultant’s experience.
