About the job

Based in Brussels, Belgium you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. You will be responsible for leading the design and configuration documentation of assigned ICT Platforms (Workstation Management and VTC) and implementing procedures, tools and techniques for monitoring and managing the performance of these platforms. You will operate and maintain the VDI and Thin Client infrastructures as well as the infrastructure for virtual application delivery. About you

We’re looking for a talented and knowledgeable Engineer (Client Infrastructure) with ideally a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years post-related experience. The lack of a university degree may be compensated with a secondary educational qualification and at least 6 years post-related experience.

Experience with the operation and maintenance of modern, advanced, heterogeneous and virtualised ICT technology is required. We also seek practical experience of managing and operating virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI).

Knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
