About the job

Based in Oeiras, Portugal you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. You will lead Customer Relationship Management operations and CRM directives for CSU Lisbon – the central technology service provider for NATO entities based locally in Portugal. You will act as the core point of contact for customers and continuously monitor and measure customer satisfaction with NCIA services. About you

We’re looking for a talented and knowledgeable Engineer (Customer Relations Management) with ideally a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with 2 years of related work experience. The lack of a univeristy degree may be compensated with a different educational qualification and at least 6 years related work experience.

Experience in Requirements Identification, Analysis and Validation as well as Project Management, Planning and Risk Analysis is required.

Knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
